The 268SSC’s helm is handsome and intuitive with rocker switches and analog gauges that anyone can hop in and use. Everything you need is within reach; the helm maintains a low profile for maximum visibility, and a vinyl-wrapped brow shades the automotive-inspired gauges. Grabbing the throttle, we found the Monterey 268SSC quick and thrifty, planing with little bow rise in 5.7 seconds. At wide-open throttle the 268SSC hit 45 mph.
